Full job description Job Summary SuperClean Services Ltd., located in Windsor Nova Scotia, operates across the Atlantic provinces. We are seeking a full time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to support daily office operations and ensure bookkeeping is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as part of a small team and with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and on a timely basis from the timesheets received from Operations Managers Ensuring company expenses are recorded accurately in QuickBooks including the preparation of payments Ensuring that company bank accounts are reconciled each month Preparation for regular financial reports for the General Manager including; Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Schedule Preparing HR related reports as required Supporting the year end activities of the external Accountants as required Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic) Oversee multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette and effective communication Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management Skills Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks Online including QuickBooks Payroll Familiarity with Jobber would be an asset Experience completing HR activities such as Records of Employment, WCB payments, Healthcare Benefits tracking Professional front desk and phone presence Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record keeping Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients Strong clerical and administrative experience within an office environment Compensation and Benefits Starting pay is $49,920 per annum growing to 59,920 within 3 years Vacation is 3 weeks per year, 3 weeks after 3 years Overtime would be compensated with time off in lieu of pay Medical Plan after 3 months, cost shared with employee @ 50% Experience Bookkeeping: 3 years (required) Education Grade 12 Post secondary Accounting/Business Administration training Language English (required) Work Location In person Office hours (8:00am - 4:30pm) 10 Ivey Lane, Windsor, NS Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $49,920.00 per year Benefits: Casual dress Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Paid time off Vision care Work Location: In person
