Position: 8-Hour Shif Schedule: Weekdays & Weekends Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction, performing night audit duties, and maintaining smooth operations overnight. Key Responsibilities: Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and professionally. Ensure all guest information is complete, accurate, and properly recorded. Handle guest inquiries, questions, and concerns, providing excellent customer service. Communicate with management and staff members to resolve issues and provide optimal solutions. Sell rooms in person and over the phone to potential guests. Perform night audit duties including reconciling financial transactions, preparing daily reports, and balancing the cash drawer. Assist with cleaning tasks and ensure the front desk area remains clean and organized. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies as needed. Contribute to creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests. Ensure that the hotel''s security protocols are followed during overnight hours. Requirements: Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred. Night audit experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
