Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and mixing ingredients. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and meal preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Attention to detail with a focus on quality presentation of dishes. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for cooking and the ability to create flavorful dishes that delight guests.
