Position Summary Working as an OM at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs and dispenses online orders ensuring high-quality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What You'll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve On Time delivery.Packs orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensures that picked products are of the highest quality, free of damage, and freshest selection. Correctly documents and labels all orders, interpreting documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service including supporting issues to resolution. Ensures strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards: maintains a clean work area, cleans spills immediately, and ensures totes are clean and void of debris. Operates material handling equipment safely, ensuring all safety preinspection checks are completed before use. Shows behaviors that support the organizations mission and core values. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards. Demonstrates flexibility in completing/adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules. Minimum Rate of Pay Starts at $16.15 per hour; the rate will be determined based on relevant experience. Minimum Qualifications Age 16 or older.
