The company focuses on innovative product, stores, and people, aiming to create a healthier, thriving future with a growthoriented, equitable environment.About This TeamOur Global Distribution teams are part of lululemons Supply Chain, supporting fulfillment of products to guests through retail stores and ecommerce.A Day In The LifeOperates an electric Powered Industrial Truck (e.g., Order Picker, Reach Truck, Rider Jack, Sit Down Fork Lift) to pick up, deliver, or move merchandise and materials around a warehouse/distribution center.Operates machinery to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products and materials; performs picking, pulling, and stacking of merchandise up to 50 pounds onto pallets attached to a lifting device per the production schedule.Completes daily equipment inspections.May be assigned to a main department but may support all areas of the distribution center (e.g., value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall inventory movement) as business needs dictate, with forklift driving and general department tasks.Employees may be assigned to a new department depending on business needs.Performs other duties and projects as assigned by leadership, including non-driving tasks within the warehouse.Understands safety expectations and maintains a safe work environment per the safety program and lean approach.Follows DC guidelines and company policies.Keeps the warehouse clean and organized.QualificationsOrder Picker (Cherry Picker) experience of at least 6 months; Reach Truck/Forklift experience is a plus.Ability to acquire and maintain forklift certification.Comfort with heights and wearing fall protection equipment and other PPE (protective footwear, high visibility vest).Ability to adapt to third-party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking, and new systems).Excellent counting skills and detail orientation.Ability to meet attendance requirements.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.Ability to maintain a safe work environment.Flexible schedule may include nights, holidays, weekends, with possible after-hours and overtime.Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety policies, trainings, and instructions.
