We currently have openings for Project Managers. We offer both commercial and home restoration services after a disaster (wind, mold, asbestos, fire and flood). Project Managers lead our production activities in the field, making decisions that impact the success of the assignment. Perform a variety of tasks, monitor and inspect commercial and residential restoration jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition and various restoration activities. Prepare and review documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures. Explain processes used to complete jobs and next steps to resolution to customers. Supervise techs and crews assigned to the job. Responsible for creating estimates in Xactimate utilizing the program guidelines and IICRC standards. Must have basic construction background which includes basic understanding of building materials, flooring and other materials affected by wind, water, fire, smoke and other property damage causes. You will need not only your excellent technical skills, but you must also have the necessary Customer Service skills that are necessary to work in difficult situations. Duties Managing crews for reconstruction in residential and commercial settings. Demolish, clean and dry affected areas. Demolition work- cutting walls, removing flooring, etc. to prepare for the repair of the building. Coordinating with other trades and time lines for customers. Use of Xactimate and Encircle Programs. Skills & Abilities Must be able to pass a drug test. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a desire to learn. Must have good problem solving skills. Previous restoration experience and/or certification is an asset but not essential - we are willing to provide training. Must be capable of lifting heavy items, and do physically demanding work. Must be able to work alone, as well as with a team. Valid drivers license is required and must be able to pass security clearance (check for criminal convictions). Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule, as required for oncall work. Overtime is paid. Must have great Customer Communication Skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
