Retail Store Manager Canna Cabana The Retail Store Manager at Canna Cabana is responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the store according to established goals and business objectives. The role includes staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product presentation, managing inventory, and executing seasonal and promotional activities. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a manner that sets an example for staff. Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring positive resolutions. Adhere to all health, safety, and security regulations. Maintain adequate stock through efficient inventory management. Take inventory on schedule and provide inventory reports. Increase sales, expand markets and promote the business to meet given goals. Verify invoices against packaging slips and track expenditures. Ensure merchandise is presented neatly and items are priced correctly. Make sound purchasing decisions for volume-based discounts. Provide management with sales, staff, and productivity reports. Hold staff accountable for cash box deficits. Balance sales, print and record receipts, and track revenue daily. Make daily bank deposits and reconcile statements. Coordinate the ordering and receiving of cannabis and accessories. Supervise all staff and coordinate work for productive operations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must have CannaSell Certification. Minimum 2 years retail industry experience. Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail. Proven excellent customer service skills. Preferred management experience. Excellent time management and prioritizing skills. Ability to train and motivate staff. Skills to monitor and assess staff performance. Basic office administration skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Office. Effective teamwork skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. Politically and culturally sensitive. Planning and organizational skills. Diplomacy, negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills. Ability to learn and adapt to sales software quickly. Experience implementing PR and advertising campaigns. Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude.
