QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Licensing: you are either licensed by the Law Society of British Columbia or have another Canadian provincial or territorial licence and can transfer to BC. Immigration law knowledge: our ideal candidate has more than two years of immigration experience and will be in a position to start file work immediately. We will consider training a candidate with less experience if they can pass an immigration law 101 test. REMUNERATION AND LOCATION: Compensation structure: Benefit from a competitive incentivebased remuneration model, based on a percentage of billed and collected fees.
