As Pier Solutions project administrator, you will be tasked with assisting project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Reporting to the Director of Operations in Saskatchewan, your job duties will include: Project Coordination Tracking project milestones by reviewing time cards and following up with subcontractors Completing purchase orders by lining up materials and labour with various suppliers Project Administration Assisting with project estimation by calling suppliers, pricing materials, and ensuring there are no gaps in the project scope Drafting project proposals and gathering necessary submittals Office Administration Archiving past projects and assisting with completion reports Organizing project and overhead documentation Collecting receipts and other paperwork from job sites to ensure information is gathered on a timely basis Tasks associated with this role may be altered at the discretion of the supervisor.
