What You Will Be Doing We are looking for an experienced embryologist to join our Customer Support team in a short-term contract position. Responsibilities will include: Building embryology relationships with client clinics, serving as the primary technical point of contact to support successful onboarding, training, and ongoing use of Future Fertility products in the lab. Leading lab onboarding and installations, including understanding each clinics lab setup (culture systems, timelapse incubators, ICSI microscope configurations), gathering required details and images, setting up clinic accounts, and enabling access to capture and web applications. Delivering embryology-focused training and support, including sharing training materials, leading training sessions, reviewing image quality during onboarding, and ensuring proper product usage in line with laboratory workflows. Providing quality assurance and ongoing technical support, including reviewing clinic reports, monitoring image quality and unusual results, troubleshooting and triaging issues to the technology team as appropriate, and supporting continuous improvement in data quality. Managing client inquiries and documentation, answering lab- and protocol-related questions, tracking and escalating issues through CRM and customer support ticketing systems, and maintaining accurate client records. Supporting customer success operations, including follow-up on installation processes, sharing relevant abstracts, publications, sample reports, and contributing insights for month-end usage reporting and invoicing. Collaborating cross-functionally, working closely with Customer Service, Product, and Scientific teams, including completing app testing of new features, advising on lab workflow for new product development, and bringing an embryology lens to scientific research What We Are Looking For Degree or diploma in Embryology, Reproductive Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field Bi-lingual English and Portuguese preferred Hands-on embryology experience in an IVF laboratory, with working knowledge of routine ART workflows Strong understanding of oocyte and embryo handling, culture systems, and laboratory quality standards Familiarity with ICSI microscopes and/or timelapse incubator systems (e.g., EmbryoScope or equivalent) Friendly customer focused mindset, with an understanding of urgency for laboratory procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clinical audiences Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clinics, tasks, and priorities concurrently Comfort working with web-based software platforms, CRM systems, and customer support tools This is a 6-9 month contract position to cover a maternity leave.
