Youll be a care provider, educator, motivator, and problem-solver, delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and outcomes.Mentor and lead as assigned.Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow.Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.QualificationsActive license in good standing with provincial regulatory college.Occupational/Functional Capacities training an asset.Professional liability insurance (as required).Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.12+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply).Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Working at LifemarkWe offer high earning potential with support to build a caseload, a $1500 annual learning and development allowance, a team culture that values collaboration and shared success, centralized support, robust onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for management roles.
