An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs and dispenses online orders ensuring highquality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What Youll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes. Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.). Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issue resolution. Strictly adhere to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and ensuring totes are free of debris before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly, completing all safety preinspection checks before use. Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards. Demonstrate flexibility in completing or adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules. Minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
