This is a permanent parttime role with shift times rotating from 08:00 to 16:00. The CPE applies nursing theory, advanced knowledge and leadership concepts in providing clinical guidance and resource support to staff. The CPE assists the Manager in establishing and maintaining standards of care and in providing and participating in a continuous quality improvement environment. Responsibilities Provide leadership in nursing education and instruction to staff and patients/clients. Apply nursing theory, advanced knowledge, and leadership concepts in clinical guidance and resource support. Assist the Manager in establishing and maintaining standards of care and participate in continuous quality improvement. Support staff in the application of the nursing process in patient/client care. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with eligibility for licensure in British Columbia (or applicable jurisdiction). Experience in education/leadership and clinical guidance preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills.
