What You'll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care to achieve on-time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantities, and correct product codes. Ensure picked products are of high quality (no damaged items, fresh product selection, etc.). Document and label all orders correctly through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels. Optimize tote fill by packing orders space-efficiently while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment duties with customer interaction and assist in resolving issues. Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, keep a clean work area, promptly clean spills, ensure totes are clean, operate material handling equipment safely, and complete safety pre-inspection checks before use. Demonstrate behaviors that support the organizations mission and core values. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity standards, safety, and quality; show flexibility in completing or adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules. Compensation and Location The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
