* Conduct story-driven and data-driven analysis of business requirements within own domain (may with some guidance)* Develop comprehensive technical solution designs, encompassing conceptual, logical, and physical aspects. Utilize expertise in software development (Java, SQL, Python), database design, and software architecture (REST, event-driven, distributed systems), for middle-level domain requirements (may with some guidance).* Engages with business and IT partners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment between solutions and business needs.* Utilizing monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and debugging tools for effective production support..* Assist in developing such as data analysis prototypes and performing data migration tasks, etc., under supervision.* >1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience; Experience in ERP systems is highly desired.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related major is required.* Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.* Able to use common office equipment.* Possesses basic data entry skills.* Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.* Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.* Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language. Speaking Mandarin is a big plus to communicate with offshore developers.* Able to create and conduct formal presentations.* Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.* Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.* Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.* Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.* Able to effectively multi-task.* Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.* Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.* Able to talk on the phone (or wear a headset) for long periods of time.* Ability to stay aware and alert while performing work.* Raliser des analyses axes sur les rcits oprationnels et les donnes dans son propre domaine (avec un certain encadrement au besoin).* Dvelopper des conceptions techniques compltes incluant les aspects conceptuels, logiques et physiques. Utiliser une expertise en dveloppement logiciel (Java, SQL, Python), en conception de bases de donnes et en architecture logicielle (REST, systmes vnementiels, systmes distribus) pour rpondre des exigences de niveau intermdiaire (avec un certain encadrement).* Collaborer avec les partenaires daffaires et TI afin de clarifier les exigences et assurer lalignement entre les solutions et les besoins.* Utiliser des outils de surveillance, journalisation, dpannage et dbogage pour assurer un soutien efficace en production.* Contribuer au dveloppement de prototypes danalyse de donnes et des tches de migration sous supervision.* 1 3 ans dexprience pertinente; une exprience dans un sous-systme ERP dapprovisionnement est fortement souhaite.* Baccalaurat en informatique, TI, mathmatiques ou domaine connexe requis.* Capacit excuter des instructions et demander des clarifications au besoin.* Capacit utiliser lquipement de bureau courant.* Comptences de base en saisie de donnes.* Capacit effectuer des calculs mathmatiques complexes.* Capacit communiquer clairement et transmettre linformation ncessaire.* Capacit converser et rdiger efficacement en anglais et dans une autre langue locale/rgionale.
