Job Description

OverviewA well-established, national specialty retailer in the home-goods category is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a cluster of stores across Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, elevate store execution, and drive results for a brand known for quality, comfort, and a warm, service-focused customer experience. The Area Manager will be based in either Saskatchewan or Manitoba and will manage a designated home store while providing strategic leadership to 46 additional locations across the region. This individual will serve as a key connector between stores and the broader organization, ensuring consistent standards, operational discipline, and an engaged, people-first culture.
