Position Overview This role sits at the heart of our business, partnering closely with Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure we have the right talent, skills, and leadership to deliver quality product to our customers. It is a strategic, handson partnership rather than a transactional recruiting role, requiring sound judgment, speed, and the confidence to challenge established practices. Responsibilities Partnering With the Business Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders across Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Understand the business, its pressures, and what great talent looks like in practice. Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners to anticipate hiring needs tied to growth, change, and workforce planning. Lead intake conversations to define role requirements, expectations, interview approach, and hiring timelines. Owning FullCycle Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer and early onboarding support. Develop smart sourcing strategies for both active and passive talent using Workday Recruiter, resume databases, professional networks, and direct outreach. Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs. Screen and assess candidates thoughtfully, focusing on capability, potential, and overall fit. Coordinate and participate in interviews, supporting hiring managers with structure, behavioural questions, and selection guidance. Partner with hiring managers to gather clear feedback and move hiring decisions forward efficiently. Candidate Experience & Employer Brand Deliver a whiteglove candidate experience that feels human, respectful, and wellorganized. Be the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed, supported, and engaged throughout the process. Represent Canada Goose Careers authentically, both internally and externally. Build a reputation that reflects credibility, approachability, and high standards. Offers, Systems & Execution Lead offer discussions and negotiations in partnership with hiring managers. Manage all recruitment activity in Workday Recruiter with accuracy and care. Coordinate reference checks, background checks, and preemployment steps as needed. Track recruiting activity and key metrics such as timetofill, volume, and sourceofhire. Improving How We Work Propose ideas to improve hiring practices, especially for a client group that requires flexibility and resilience. Challenge processes that slow things down or add no value. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on projects that improve tools, workflows, and communication. Stay connected to market trends and evolving talent expectations within Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Support onboarding as needed to help new hires feel welcomed and set up for success. About You 3+ years of fullcycle recruitment experience. Handson experience using Workday Recruiter (required). Experience recruiting in fastpaced, highvolume environments. A businesspartner mindset, focused on outcomes not just filling roles. Confidence to push back, ask better questions, and challenge the status quo respectfully. Strong sourcing and assessment skills, including outreach to passive talent. High attention to detail, even when moving quickly. The resilience and grit needed to support demanding client groups. Clear, confident communication and strong relationshipbuilding skills. Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates in competitive markets. Comfort working with data, systems, and process, without losing the human side of recruiting.
