Project Coordinator, Architecture Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid) Who We Are Turner Fleischer is one of Canada''s most progressive design studios with 250+ committed, creative and driven professionals. Our in-house design departments include Architecture, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice. Who Are We Looking For As a Project Coordinator, you will coordinate and contribute to the success of projects, working collaboratively within project teams and with external stakeholders to support project delivery under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will facilitate efficient departmental workflows and collaboration, optimizing processes, and supporting project teams in achieving project milestones and deadlines. Embedded in your role is the essential process of acquiring a deeper understanding of the AEC industry, through engagement with the design process and project lifecycle. Thispostingis for an existing vacancy. What You Will Do: Facilitate communication between clients, general contractors, consultants, and internal project teams. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations to ensure effective collaboration with all project stakeholders. Coordinate and initiate the preparation of draft project plans, fee proposals, contract documents, and related documentation to track project status. Administer digital file transfers and submissions for project deliverables and facilitate printing and delivery when required. Request material samples from suppliers and prepare sample boards with guidance as needed. Consolidate all project documentation to maintain accurate and up-to-date project databases. Proactively rethink workflow processes, standards, and procedures by leveraging your knowledge and experience. What You Will Bring: Bachelor''s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, regardless of background. A high degree of curiosity, enthusiasm, and confidence, enabling effective collaboration, communication, and driving change. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. A passion for technology and an eagerness to leverage tech skills for continued growth. Advanced proficiency in MS Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 2 days in the Studio. Autodesk 360 / ACC experiences are an asset. Procore experiences are an asset. What We Will Provide: The expected gross annual base salary range for this position is$65,000 to $70,000. Final compensation isdeterminedbased on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer the following benefits: Transparent Salary Bands.
