Description Come join us for a challenging and highly rewarding summer We are looking for highly motivated, positive self-starters to join our team Here''s what you can expect: $0.12-$0.14/tree piece work and you can expect earnings in the range of $200-$500/day (the more you plant the more you earn) 3:1 schedule (3 days on 1 day off) Planting season runs from early May until mid-July and resumes early August Fast land that is mostly mechanically site prepped with majority of blocks trenched All blocks have road access and transportation will be provided There is an opportunity to work within your community (see list below) or within one of our camps. Camp living costs are $25/day, including meals and full amenities (showers, wifi, TV) We provide planting equipment at no cost to you. You only need to have your own appropriate footwear and a high visibility shirt/vest. Seasons/Terms Join us for some or all of these options Spring Planting season runs from early May to mid-July Fall planting season runs from Early to Mid-August to Late September (or until you go back to school for students) Cone picking and other opportunities may be available in early August as well. Locations: We are looking for local crews based out of Northern, Central, and Southern New Brunswick with various daily pick-up locations. We are also looking for crews that will be based out of our camps in Sussex, Deersdale, and Black Brook. Responsibilities Meet production targets and quality standards Meet all safety standards at all times Ability to work in a team environment that is fast paced and physically demanding Qualifications Must be at least 16-years of age Must be able to get to a central meeting location daily if on a home-based crew Highly motivated self-starter
