Role overview: The Integrated Product Support Specialist is a member of the IPS/ILS team with experience in defence programs. The role supports system design and sustainment by applying supportability engineering principles to improve reliability, availability, maintainability, safety, and usability throughout the system life cycle. The role includes both hands-on analysis and technical oversight of work produced by domain specialists. Responsibilities: Supportability and Logistics Engineering Perform and review Logistics Support Analysis activities including LCC, LORA, sparing, facilities and infrastructure, support planning, obsolescence, codification, LSAR/DEW (Data Entry Workbook) population, and PHST assessments. Develop and maintain support concepts aligned with system design and operational use. Reliability, Availability, and Maintenance Conduct and review RAM analyses including maintainability analysis, reliability modelling, availability calculations, and critical failure assessments. Perform or oversee RCMA and FMECA activities to define effective maintenance strategies and workload profiles. Safety and Human Factors Support system safety activities including hazard analysis, functional hazard assessments, and fault tree analysis in coordination with engineering and safety stakeholders. Contribute to human factors engineering through development and review of HEDAD-O and HEDAD-M documentation. Technical Data and Publications Support the development and maintenance of technical publications, including S1000D-based manuals where applicable. Ensure technical data is consistent with analysis outputs and support concepts. Education/Experience: Bachelor''s degree in mechanical, electrical, systems engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in defence ILS/IPS environments. Ability to review and integrate work produced by specialist analysts. Experience applying supportability engineering across the full system life cycle. Familiarity with PTC Windchill, Isograph, or similar tools is an asset. Experience with S1000D is an asset. What we can offer you: Hybrid remote work opportunities.
