Renovator Residential & Light Commercial Construction Towns Construction Inc. is looking for a dependable, skilled Renovator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, energetic, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. We are not looking for shortcuts or clock-punchers. We are looking for someone we can trust on site, with clients, and eventually leading work. What You''ll Be Doing Complete residential and light commercial renovation work with a strong focus on quality and detail Perform framing, drywall, finishing, trim, flooring, painting, and general carpentry as required Work independently on site when needed, while staying in communication with the team Read and follow drawings, scopes of work, and site direction accurately Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and occasionally clients Take ownership of your work and flag issues early rather than letting problems grow What We''re Looking For Proven renovation or construction experience Honest, reliable, and trustworthy character Strong work ethic and a positive, energetic attitude Comfortable working solo or alongside a team Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Ability to problem solve on site Experience with drywall, carpentry, finishing, painting, and flooring Plumbing or electrical experience is an asset, but not required Why Work With Towns Construction Steady, long-term work with a growing company Variety of projects, not repetitive cookie-cutter work Opportunity for advancement and increased responsibility for the right person Room to grow into leadership, site supervision, or higher-level roles A team environment where good people are valued and trusted If you are dependable, motivated, and want to grow with a company that takes pride in its work, we would like to hear from you.
