This role plays a key part in keeping our service and sales operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet all customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service. Assist internal and external customers with parts inquiries and requests. Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and ensure accurate part selection. Recommend related or required parts to support efficient repairs. Ensure parts availability and communicate timelines clearly. Accurately cost parts on invoices and repair orders. Work closely with service technicians to determine parts requirements. Maintain strong, positive relationships with vendors and suppliers. Notify customers when special-order parts arrive. What We''re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a professional attitude. Previous parts or automotive experience is an asset, but not required.
