The Royal Glenora Club is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward to join our team.. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Responsibilities: Ensure dishes, cutlery, and buffet equipment are clean. General cleaning - mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, cleansing, polishing Operate industrial cleaning machinery. Handle food-grade cleaning supplies safely. Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas. Perform general cleaning tasks like mopping and scrubbing. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas Qualifications: Previous cleaning or food service experience is a plus but not required. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Able to stay composed under pressure. Physically fit for the demands of the job. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Physical Requirements: Stand and walk throughout your shift. Lift and carry items up to 40 lbs regularly.
