Job Summary We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers, Bussers, and Hosts to join our high-end nightlife team in North Toronto. These roles are essential in delivering a smooth, welcoming, and elevated guest experience in a fast-paced nightclub and lounge environment. About Us We are building a premium nightclub focused on luxury dining, elevated nightlife, and immersive entertainment. Our venue offers a dynamic weekly program including live music, dance performances, illusion acts, and more. We value premium service, strong team collaboration, and polished presentation. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and attentive service to guests Greet and assist guests in a warm and confident manner Take food and beverage orders accurately (Servers) Clear, reset, and maintain tables and service areas (Bussers) Manage guest flow, seating, and reservations (Hosts) Support bartenders and servers during peak hours Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas Uphold the venue''s service standards and brand image Requirements Previous hospitality experience is an asset but not required Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment Team-oriented, reliable, and professional English required; Mandarin Chinese is an asset Attractive appearance and polished presentation are considered a plus, as these are guest-facing roles What We Offer Competitive pay (plus tips / tip-out where applicable) Energetic nightlife and entertainment-driven environment Supportive team culture with growth opportunities If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a vibrant nightlife setting, we would love to hear from you.
