This role is responsible for the preparation, processing, and handling of fresh fruits and vegetables, with a strong focus on juicing operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced food production environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Process fresh fruits and vegetables according to production schedules and SOPs Operate juicing and processing equipment safely and efficiently Wash, peel, cut, juice, strain, and package produce products Accurately measure yields, volumes, and batch quantities Label, date, and store finished products correctly Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and processing equipment Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines at all times Assist with inventory rotation (FIFO), waste reduction, and yield optimization Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or shortages to supervisors Support other processing tasks as required ________________________________________ Primary Area of Expertise Juicing operations (citrus, fruits, vegetables) Understanding of juice yields, consistency, and quality control Comfortable working with commercial food processing equipment ________________________________________ Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in food processing, produce handling, or juicing preferred Ability to follow detailed procedures and production standards Strong attention to detail and consistency Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs Comfortable working in a cold or refrigerated environment Team-oriented, punctual, and dependable Basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently under time constraints ________________________________________ What We Offer Stable, year-round employment Opportunity to work in a growing processing operation Training on equipment, SOPs, and food safety procedures Supportive team environment with clear expectations Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) ________________________________________ How to Apply Please submit your resume or brief work history.
