Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to support our aviation operations. This individual will be responsible for coordinating logistics and office resources for base and remote-site activities, building financial models to monitor costs, revenues, and overall department performance. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, cost control, and accurate reporting to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Operational Support Organize and maintain office space to support operational efficiency Plan, coordinate, and track the movement of aircraft parts, tools, and equipment across domestic and international locations Organize shipping, customs clearance, and transportation for time-sensitive aviation materials Plan and support remote-site flight testing and aircraft demonstration activities at air shows with required equipment and personnel logistics Ensure all shipments comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and export/import requirements Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and customs documentation Financial Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain financial models to track operating costs and revenue performance Monitor and analyze performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership Track all costs associated with Flight Operations and Flight Test Performance Monitoring & Compliance Ensure all activities are aligned with budgetary targets and financial objectives Track and report variances between actual performance and planned budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial controls Qualifications Bachelor''s degree or College diploma in Aviation Management or a related field 35 years of experience in logistics, financial analysis, or operations (aviation/aerospace experience preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement Why work at De Havilland?
