Must Have: 10+ years experience in the following: Deep experience in infrastructure modernization (e.g., migrating from legacy OpenVMS to modern hardware and Red Hat KVM) with a strong understanding of operational continuity for existing applications. A proven track record of establishing agile governance in hybrid delivery environments (Agile + Waterfall) A strong ability to influence and coach long-tenured technical staff unfamiliar with agile or cross-functional ways of working. Effective in facilitating large group work sessions; with excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
