Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care and assistance to an individuals in her home setting. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in this lady''s life through attentive and personalized support. Duties Assist client with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide medication administration as prescribed and monitor health status Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintaining a safe environment. Engage client in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being Support with errands and transportation as needed for appointments or outings Skills Experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments preferred Strong patient care skills with a focus on senior and disability support Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, and working with people with disabilities Ability to perform caregiving duties including medication administration and meal preparation Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills Basic cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic environment Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and care plans Must obtain a clear Vulnerable Sector Check. Five (5) minute walk from De La Savane Metro Station Position to take place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 17:00 / 18:00.
