We are looking for a reliable, safe, and friendly Delivery Driver to be a ''face'' of our brand on the road, ensuring our residential and restaurant clients receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition. The Role As a Delivery Driver, you will handle the final mile of our service. You will be responsible for loading orders, navigating routes efficiently, and delivering alcohol products to homes, offices, and restaurants. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities Safe Delivery: Operate the delivery vehicle (cargo van) safely in all weather conditions, strictly adhering to traffic laws. Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional service to residential customers and restaurant staff. Order Accuracy: Verify invoices against loaded product to ensure the right customer gets the right wine. Age Verification: Enforce AGLC regulations by checking valid government ID upon delivery; refuse service if customers are intoxicated or underage. Heavy Lifting: Load and unload delivery vans. This includes carrying cases of wine (approx lbs) and maneuvering kegs (up to 160 lbs) using hand trucks/dollies. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean/presentable, and report any mechanical issues immediately. Requirements Valid Driver''s License: Class 5 (non-GDL preferred) with a clean driver''s abstract. Certification: Valid ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain before start date). Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and maneuver heavy kegs. Reliability: Punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
