What You''ll Do: Provide exceptional day-to-day service to a portfolio of members, building trust and loyalty. Manage new business, renewals, endorsements, cross-selling, and claims reporting. Conduct annual policy reviews to ensure members have the right protection. Actively seek new business opportunities while growing existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to solve problems and support members. Participate in ongoing training to expand skills and stay ahead in the insurance industry. Who You Are: Licensed insurance professional (CAIB, or CIP/FCIP). Experienced Personal Lines Account Manager or equivalent; Commercial Lines experience is an asset. Strong relationship-builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, proactive, and customer-focused with an eye for detail. University degree is an asset but attitude, initiative, and aptitude matter most.
