Overview We are seeking a *FULL TIME* knowledgeable and personable Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on product options, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment. This role requires a strong understanding of cannabis products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a retail setting. Multilingual abilities. The Budtender will play a vital role in promoting responsible consumption and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences and needs Educate customers on product effects, consumption methods, and dosage guidelines Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked Manage customer inquiries professionally both in person and via digital communication channels Handle cash register operations with accuracy and efficiency Assist with inventory counts. Uphold compliance with legal regulations related to cannabis sales and age restrictions Support team leadership in daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications Familiarity with POS systems, and basic math skills for cash handling Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and record keeping Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining compliance with regulations Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base Leadership qualities with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations, and responsible consumption practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about the industry who excel in customer service and sales within a professional retail setting.
