Job Summary This shop-based role focuses on assisting with hydraulic cylinder work, with some delivery/pick-up duties. It offers strong potential for growth into a Cylinder Technician or other roles within the company. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities Prepare cylinders for technicians. Assist with disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, and testing of hydraulic cylinders. Complete service reports, timesheets, and safety documentation accurately and on time. Collaborate productively with team members while prioritizing safety. Attend required safety, training, and company meetings. Handle pick-ups and deliveries of cylinders and supplies as needed. Requirements Mechanical aptitude, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. Experience or comfort with loading/delivering materials, cleaning/preparing cylinders, and operating power tools (e.g., blowtorches, drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers).
