Key Responsibilities Greet walk-in clients and respond to calls, emails, and messages Understand client backgrounds and match them with suitable immigration programs Conduct basic eligibility assessments and collect required information Clearly explain services, pricing, and process steps Schedule consultations and manage calendars Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status Follow up with potential clients to increase conversions Support the office team with administrative tasks What We''re Looking For Experience in customer service, sales, or immigration intake Excellent communication and people-handling skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office Knowledge of immigration programs (training provided) Professional attitude and strong attention to detail Must be able to work from the Mississauga office Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.20-$25.00 per hour Experience: immigration counseling: 2 years (preferred) Location: Mississauga, ON L4W 2M6 (preferred) Work Location: In person
