Job Description Our team is looking for 1 part time person with strong customer service and administrative skills with the ability to work flexible shifts. Part Time: Weekend (flexible) *Do not apply if you are not available for this shift. Duties and Responsibilities: Taking trip orders from customers, entering accurately to the dispatch software Communicating and logging trip changes Answering multi-line phone system Taking care of customer emails daily Other ad-hoc duties as assigned (filing, organizing etc) Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center would be an asset High School Diploma Required Ability to work flexible shifts is required Previous experience within the transportation field is an asset Excellent knowledge of basic computer programs and software; ability to learn customized dispatch programs Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multi-task handling high-stress situations Able to be decisive and assertive under pressure Ability to work with minimal supervision Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team Punctual and good attendance record Qualified and selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
