Join us and become part of a team that truly cares about making a difference The Opportunity: Bergsma Cleaning Service seeks dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Cleaners. This position offers an initial commitment of 15 hours per week, providing an excellent opportunity for those looking for flexible work arrangements or to supplement their income. We are currently seeking candidates to work Monday to Friday during the day. Key Accountabilities: Perform general cleaning duties in residential and commercial settings Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors Polish furniture and vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals Report any damages or maintenance issues to supervisors Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent time management and organizational skills Reliable transportation to travel between job sites Ability to communicate effectively in English Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Successful completion of a criminal check Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds Comfortable working with various cleaning equipment and chemicals Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently throughout the workday We Offer: Competitive hourly wage: $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Flexible scheduling Cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products Company-branded t-shirt On-the-job training and growth opportunities Safe and supportive work environment Clear communication channels with management Regular team-building activities and social events We''re excited to hear from you Here''s how to apply: Prepare your resume highlighting your relevant experience and availability.
