Location: Hybrid - mostly remote with occasional meetings in the GTA Type: Full-Time Base Salary: $50K/year + Earned Commissions (up to 100% of your base salary) Start date: February 2026 At EPIC Training, we equip engineers and technical professionals with the tools to grow their careers and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. We''re looking for a motivated and intellectually curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our reach and connect with new clients across Canada. As part of EPIC Training''s growth strategy, the SDR will be is responsible for driving new business by connecting with engineering firms, manufacturers, and other technical organizations. This role focuses on B2B outbound outreach to expand our client base and impact in the technical training space. What You''ll Be Doing: This is a high-volume, outbound sales role focused on building relationships and booking meetings not sitting back and waiting for leads. Reach out to engineering firms, manufacturers, and technical organizations through phone, email, and LinkedIn to offer EPIC''s professional training services. Research target companies and identify key decision-makers in HR, L&D, or technical leadership Start meaningful conversations and qualify leads based on need and readiness Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach performance (HubSpot) Stay curious keep up with trends in engineering, manufacturing, and workforce development Collaborate with marketing to tailor messaging for different audiences Collaborate with the Program Managers for course delivery & logistics Consistently achieve and exceed set targets for outreach volume, meetings scheduled, and opportunities generated based on assigned KPIs. What You Bring: You''re not afraid to pick up the phone. You know how to ask good questions. And you''re driven to make a difference both in your own growth and in the work you do. Proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales, especially selling knowledge-based services like training or consulting to organizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence in outbound outreach and navigating objections Curiosity about engineering, technical education, and how people learn Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline utilizing HubSpot Ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) A STEM, education, or business background (bachelor''s degree) Located in the GTA and available for occasional in-person meetings in the office or with clients Bilingual English/French would be a major asset Ready to Help Professionals Level Up, While Growing Your Own Career?
