About the Role LJ Welding Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technologist to join our Production team, reporting to the Production Manager. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by preparing technical documentation, assisting with production planning, resolving manufacturing issues, and driving continuous process improvement. This position is ideal for a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys collaborating across engineering, production, and operations teams.
