Job Title: Inventory Coordinator Location: A Street, Surrey BC (Our Warehouse) Type: Full-Time, On-Site Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM About Us: Cherry Pick Vintage is a fast-paced and innovation-centered vintage and second-hand clothing business, on a mission to change the way people shop second-hand. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Inventory Coordinator to execute the lifecycle of merchandise from our warehouse to individual Cherry Pick locations. Role Overview: The Inventory Coordinator is a key member of our core team This role takes ownership of the full lifecycle of merchandise, from our warehouse to each Cherry Pick Vintage location. Responsibilities include inventory processes such as laundering, curating for individual stores, tagging, pricing, and delivering items to their respective locations (including shipping to Victoria). This hands-on, fast-paced role requires accuracy, organization, and efficiency to coordinate the high volume of inventory that keeps all Cherry Pick stores stocked and running smoothly. Core Responsibilities: You own the end-to-end flow of inventory from warehouse to stores: This includes laundering, curating based on store locations, pricing, restocking stores and ensuring product gets processed into & out of stores within timelines. Pricing: Accurately pricing each individual item based on vintage market price. You have a deep, detailed understanding of the value of vintage and trends that impact price, popularity and rarity of items. Curation: Accurate inventory for each store based on geographic location, demographic, price-point and overall store needs. Data Analysis You analyze the sell thru data from previous week based on item category, price points within categories. Identifying trends and irregularities then inquiring / taking action to determine what caused irregularity. Communication Communicate daily and weekly priorities with the warehouse team Daily communication with in-store sales team to get feedback of store needs and customer requests. Qualifications & Skills: Must have experience pricing vintage clothing Must have experience with retail inventory systems (directly or indirectly) Must have a reliable car for transportation to/from the Warehouse and Mainland Cherry Pick locations Must be able to lift 50 lbs boxes and bags Experience using Excel for data analysis and inputting inventory is an asset Strong attention to detail & ability to follow processes accurately Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic Projected start date: Week of January 26th, 2026.
