Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICF Installer to join our growing construction team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with extensive hands-on experience in ICF construction and Quad-Deck floor systems who can work independently, read plans accurately, and deliver high-quality work. This role requires strong knowledge of concrete and structural building processes from excavation through framing. Responsibilities Install ICF wall systems and Quad-Deck floors to specification Assist with or perform excavation and footing preparation Install rebar according to engineered drawings Read and interpret construction plans and specifications Perform accurate layout and site measurements Coordinate and assist with concrete pours Ensure all work meets building code and safety standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervisors Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ICF construction Proven experience installing Quad-Deck floor systems Experience with: Excavation and footings Rebar installation ICF installation Reading construction plans and layouts Strong understanding of construction sequencing and best practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physically capable of performing demanding construction tasks Reliable transportation to job sites Bonus / Asset Skills Framing (exterior and interior walls) Setting roof trusses Interior wall framing Concrete flatwork experience What We Offer Top-tier pay ($30$50/hour) based on experience and skill level Opportunity for advancement into lead or supervisory roles Professional, safety-focused work environment Consistent daytime hours Supportive small-team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour Expected hours: 44 per week Work Location: In person
