WHAT We NEED: Beyond Wireless is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist & Training Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our people and strengthening our workplace. In this hands-on role, you''ll get to an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to team member development, workplace culture, and HR operations in a growing organization. WHAT You''ll DO: Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in line with company policies and Ontario employment legislation Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance materials Coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and internal development programs Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews Assist with HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture WHAT We''re LOOKING FOR: Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience in a generalist HR role is an asset Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality Working knowledge of the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) as well as provincial legislation in the Atlantic provinces preferred WHAT You''ll GET: Competitive salary of $60,000$70,000 Opportunity to make a real impact on employee experience and development Be part of a supportive team Group Benefit Plan, which includes medical, dental, prescription eye wear, and an Employee and Family Assistance Program Working @ Beyond Wireless This is a full-time position working within the Moncton, NB area.
