About the Role As a Full-Time Clinic Manager at Laser X, you will be a hands-on leader who actively performs laser and skin treatments while overseeing clinic operations, sales performance, and team development. This role is ideal for a licensed medical aesthetician with leadership experience who thrives in a growing clinic environment and is comfortable balancing clinical work with management responsibilities. Responsibilities Clinical Treatment & Client Care Perform laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments following clinic protocols Conduct thorough client consultations and treatment planning Ensure safe, effective, and consistent treatment outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records Clinic Operations & Leadership Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance Lead, coach, and support sales and clinical team members Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of staff Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage Sales & Business Performance Actively drive clinic revenue through consultations and treatment package sales Monitor KPIs including lead conversion, retention, and overall clinic performance Collaborate with the Sales Team to execute sales strategies and promotions Identify opportunities to increase client lifetime value Client Experience Deliver an exceptional, professional, and welcoming client experience Handle escalated client concerns with confidence and care Support client follow-up and retention initiatives Qualifications Certified Medical Aesthetician (laser certification required) Experience using Candela GentleMax Pro Plus Minimum 35 years hands-on laser and skin treatment experience At least 12 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong sales background with consistent target achievement Comfortable performing treatments while managing clinic operations Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills What We Offer Commission and performance-based bonuses Staff discounts on treatments and services Full-time, permanent opportunity with room for growth Leadership role in a new and expanding clinic Schedule Full-time availability required Must be able to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
