This role involves performing professional lash services, conducting personalized consultations, and creating a luxurious, welcoming environment where every client leaves feeling confident and rejuvenated. Responsibilities Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, including classic, volume, and hybrid lash styles Perform lash lifts and tints to enhance clients'' natural beauty Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate lash styles and enhancements Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety standards Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in lash artistry Assist with front desk duties as needed, including managing booking schedules effectively and efficiently Engage with clients through retail sales of lash aftercare products and other beauty services Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance client experience and satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Communicate effectively with clients to address preferences, answer questions, and resolve concerns Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism Experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lash Artist/Technician (required) Certified Lash Artist/Technician with demonstrated experience in classic, volume, and hybrid lash applications Valid CANS license (required) Strong knowledge of lash products, tools, and sanitation practices Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Friendly, professional demeanor with a client-focused approach Passionate about beauty services and helping clients look and feel their best Flexible availability, including weekends Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Benefits Flexible working hours and schedule Competitive commission rates or room rental options Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth and development Team events and social activities Store discount on products and services Job Details Job Type: Freelance Compensation: Commission-based or Room Rental Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends Work Location: In person Flexible Language Requirement French not required This role is perfect for individuals passionate about lash artistry who enjoy working closely with clients in a professional spa setting.
