Responsibilities: Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to company standards Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of meat products Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment Assist customers with meat selection and provide product knowledge Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.
