Job Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, curry cooking, tandoor operation, along with experience in restaurant management. Responsibilities Prepare curries and tandoor items like naan, roti, kebabs as per orders. Manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while adhering to recipes and presentation standards Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency Implement and enforce food safety regulations and proper handling techniques. Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional development Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area Ensure that all dishes are served promptly and meet customer expectations. Requirements Atleast 5 years of proven experience in a curry and tandoor Chef in restaurant.
