West Coast Perio is a specialty periodontal and implant practice in New Westminster, BC, seeking a full-time Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our experienced, supportive team. This position is ideal for a CDA who enjoys surgical dentistry and is comfortable working in a fully paperless, digital practice. Schedule Full-time, permanent Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:45 pm (4 days/week with option of 5 days/week) No evenings or weekends Duties Chairside assisting for periodontal and implant procedures and examinations Surgical setup and breakdown Digital radiographs and intra-oral scans Electronic charting and note taking in a paperless system Instrument sterilization and operatory organization Patient support during procedures Requirements Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) registered in British Columbia Comfortable with computers and digital dental software Strong communication and organizational skills Periodontics, implant, or oral surgery experience an asset (not required) Compensation and benefits Competitive pay based on experience Continuing education stipend Uniform allowance Excellent work-life balance (No evenings or weekends) Apply with your resume and cover letter.
