Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires strong organizational & customer service skills, the ability to multitask and work well under pressure Responsibilities Assist with daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and managing front desk operations. Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation. Support the team with clerical duties, light warehouse work and various special projects when needed Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and assist in various projects as required. Requirements Previous office experience is preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is highly desirable. G License is preferred but not mandatory The position will start as a part time job, with the opportunity to grow into a full time position in the future. We are open Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
