Key Responsibilities Drive Sales: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on wheels, tires, and vehicle accessories. Order Management: Place and manage product orders to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demand. Schedule Coordination: Assist with scheduling installations and service appointments to ensure smooth daily operations. Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves informed and satisfied. Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive workplace culture. Technology Use: Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, and scheduling. Qualifications & Experience Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry. Automotive or car sales experience is a strong asset. Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations. Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while working collaboratively. About the Role As a Sales Representative at a high-volume location, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and supporting smooth store operations.
