Summer Student Program Through the program, youll work collaboratively with multiple areas of our business, while receiving highquality training and mentoring. To be eligible, you must have recently completed at least one year of postsecondary education, ending in April 2026, with intent to continue with your studies in the fall. Whether youre enrolled in university, college, or a technical institution, it is expected that you intend to complete an undergraduate degree through the course of your studies. Available Opportunities All roles are located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario; candidates from outside of the city are encouraged to apply. Program is expected to run between the beginning of May or June and the end of August, 2026. Engineering Focused Roles Actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters of Science program, majoring in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. Other engineering disciplines will also be considered Previous experience working in an industrial setting will be considered an asset Roles available in Operations and Quality Departments Supply Chain Focused Roles Actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters university program majoring in Supply Chain Engineering disciplines with interest, minor, or experience in supply chain Business and Health, Safety and Environment Focused Roles Actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters university program majoring in Health Safety and Environment, Human Resources, Accounting, and other business majors. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Effective communication skills Analytical, result oriented and collaborative team member Familiarity and proficiency with AutoCAD will be considered an asset Ideal Characteristics Innovative anticipates the implications of situations, and shares outofthebox solutions to business problems.
