Provides a collaborative leadership approach to a team of Operations Supervisors to deliver required production results to achieve or surpass area critical metric targets on a consistent basis In conjunction with other Managers and Operations Supervisors across a sevenday a week operation, responsible for developing and implementing plans based on preestablished parameters (i.e. OPH, accuracy, turn time goals) for groups of departments, daily, weekly up to 6 to 12 months out Responsible for leading production and mitigating forecast variances, and seasonal fluctuations and ensuring effective execution to established targets and production plans Integrates and accurately analyses data and information to create optimal solutions and allocation of resources Maintains a crossfunctional mind set and encourages innovation and risk taking within the teams to continuously define production improvement efficiencies for better results Builds effective collaborative relationships with internal and interdependent partners to achieve mutual goals Ensures all health and safety and established work methods are implemented and adhered to Supports supervisors in the interpretation and utilization of Collective Bargaining Agreement to improve business flexibility while promoting positive Associate labour relations, including leading of grievance meetings, investigating Associate concerns, and maintaining working relationships with union officials Provides clear direction and ongoing support to team members by guiding daily priorities, reviewing project progress, and offering constructive feedback. Acts as a mentor and trusted resource, fostering growth through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing to ensure team success Lead strategic workforce planning by identifying talent needs, addressing skill gaps, and partnering with HR to implement development solutions. Ensure every Associate has a growthfocused plan and be responsible for the full talent review cycle to build organizational capability About You? Minimum five (5) years progressive experience in Distribution (in retail or similar business) functional and technical areas with minimum three (3) years management or supervisory experience University Degree or College Diploma with a Bachelor of Business Administration or Engineering an asset; or equivalent work experience Experience with high volume, fast paced, labour intensive, constantly evolving production atmosphere operations Experience in leading teams supporting mediumtolarge warehouse environment; including planning, organizing and setting priorities, developing and implementing processes, tools and overseeing performance Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills including analysis of information (i.e. requirements; description of problems, cost implications) to optimally resolve issues, to advise recommendations and solutions Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, conflict management and information gathering skills, with ability to leverage prior experience, prioritize project tasks, meet needs of clients/projects and build rapport/credibility as trusted advisor Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with effective presentation skills Demonstrated people management skills including coaching, providing advice and guidance to Associates and Leaders in the resolution of problems; evaluating performance and providing feedback to team members Strong sense of confidentiality; requires discretion and thorough knowledge of the organizations operations, procedures and policies Posting Details Posting End Date: October 17th 2025 Shift Information: ShiftC: Monday to Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30am If youre ready to bring your energy and passion, wed love to hear from you.
