Budget Blinds, the #1 provider of custom window coverings in North America is looking to grow our installation team We sell & install custom blinds, shades, drapery, motorization, window film and a number of related accessories. Handyman experience is a necessity for this position. WHY WORK FOR US Company vehicle provided Full time - 40 hours a week Fun & enjoyable work atmosphere Ability to work remotely, occasionally with other installers Job overview: -Installing window coverings -keeping track of remake jobs -updating customers -contacting vendors and placing remake orders SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Handyman experience Knows how to use a power drill & measure Positive attitude Excellent Time management Customer oriented Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in English Technology & computer savvy Works well independently & with a team Quick to learn EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION -Secondary education (required) -A minimum of 2 years handyman experience -window coverings installation (an asset) - carpenters certificate (an asset) -Valid Class 5 drivers licence is required (with good driving record) SALARY: $28-30 per hour SCHEDULE: Monday Friday 8 hours a day A Background check will be required for chosen applicant COVID-19 considerations: For our staffs and customers'' safety, we are required wearing mask all the time. Social distancing is required upon to the job site.
